Eastern Region Section 9 serves the six Virginia-based Scouting America Councils and their six respective Order of the Arrow lodges, covering most of the Commonwealth of Virginia and portions of West Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Every year, these lodges come together at Conclave for fellowship, competition, training, and the traditions that define the OA experience.
