| 2025-01-24 |  | | The app is useless on Android. When I try to open an alert it crashes. I have reported this issue a couple of months ago but nothing has been done to fix the issue. There are several enhancements that I recommended like the ability to view the on-call schedules of different teams in order to know who to contact for certain alerts without having to go to the web console. It would be great to also see the maintenance schedules in case I need to initiate one outside the normal schedule. |

I have to rely on text and robo call alerts when I'm on call and can't view our dashboard. Have to keep my laptop with me. On my old phone I still had the Panopta app and at least I could view things. The other negative is you can't acknowledge aleets. |
