2024-08-24	St*****	After 1 week of tweaking this app, I am still unable to get it to work as intended. It only takes pictures at the interval time set by the user. This app was supposed to take pictures when it detects motion. It does not do that at all for me. It failed BIG TIME. I don't know how it got a 4.4 rating when it does not take pictures when it detects motion on Android 11. You will have 500+ pictures and it will drain your battery. Based on other reviews since 2015, this could be an abandoned app.

2022-07-09	Ri*****	Great app.. Works exactly as described including in background. I tried several other apps for this and they all had issues. The UI is very intuitive. I use this to start my Tasker built picture displayer on my Pixel C tablet. It's Tasker integration with the notification (intent) was well documented within the app.

2021-10-07	Ga*****	Works good, 99% of the time. I use it with Tasker and Klwp and the integration is fab. Need to set it up a bit, but it's easy to do. Only small issue is with the intent to turn on the motion detector, can't get it working. Have to launch manually (by Tasker), so no biggie. Intent to turn it off and receive the broadcast is working. Would be a 5 star if this got fixed, but still recommended as is.

2019-07-21	A *****	This is an excent app and is only bad if the phone or Tablet it runs on is slow or has poor specs. I have used this app on samsung s6 s7 s8 s9 s10 sony xperia Flag ship models and many many more and have never had any issues with it. if it stops it's because your storage is full. go buy a bigger SD CARD. I would like to see it brought upto date adding 4k pictures as HD is long past and even the cheap phones are now shooting at a higher resolution than 1080p. other than that it's great.

When I click the button to stop detecting I hear a number of clicks as if the camera is taking pictures but there are no images stored. Can tasker automate the activate and deactivate the detection? It would allow me to check the device once a week and I can focus on the images at daylight via a schedule. If this is possible, where is the documentation?

2019-01-27	A *****	I fiddled with the sensititvy but it makes no difference. I'd like to lower it but even at lowest settings it gets activated super easily from really far away. Other than that it works.

When I wake up in the morning, I have 500 photos saved. Also why won’t it send the photos to the SD card? I’ve actually been playing with this app for a couple of years and I still can’t set it to where it takes the photos not so abundantly.

2018-02-19	A *****	Front camera (small lense) seems the best to use as more stable against vibrations. Just walking around can set the detector off I found on back camera mode. Which you don't want if your doing motion detection while your in the same location/adjacent room and its pointed towards a place you want to monitor for your paranormal poltergeist detections say for example. It is VERY SENSITIVE on low lense resolution. If you stand at the other end of a twenty foot location from the detector and move just a few inches or so it will sound an alert and/or take a photo/s. Amazing! May have an EVEN FURTHER range on low res settings? If your going to use front cam make sure you cover as much space as possible through the view finder on set up as it can register movement sometimes yet the object that's moving can be out of frame of the photo that it has taken.
