Occasional self-employment, to be considered such, must be characterized by:

1- activity carried out in a non-habitual and non-prolonged manner;
2-total autonomy in carrying out the activity without any coordination of the performance which does not have to be subject to times or workplaces established by the client;
3-absence of professionalism: the activity must not represent your work.
