mothers2mothers (m2m) is on a mission to create a healthier world, starting with the communities that need it most. Our innovative approach leverages the power of local women, known as Peer Mentors, who are living with HIV and trained to deliver essential healthcare services to families across ten African nations. These women provide integrated primary health care to women, children, adolescents, and entire families, working both in health facilities and going door-to-door to improve community health.

To make their work more effective and streamlined, m2m has partnered with Causal Foundry to create the CHARM platform. CHARM is an AI-powered tool that centralizes clinical and behavioral data, enabling Peer Mentors to deliver personalized care more efficiently. This platform helps track and manage client information, appointments, and Peer Mentor performance in real-time. It also offers insights and metrics that empower Peer Mentors to make informed decisions, improving both their practice and client outcomes.
