LWC Client Access Center

Lake Whatcom Center provides behavioral health and medical services in Whatcom County, Washington. Located in Bellingham, LWC offers a wide variety of mental health, substance use and primary care services to assist in person centered treatment and recovery.

Fill out and sign necessary forms; including admission forms, release of information and client care plans.
