CHO Soft

CHO Soft (CHIP) is a government-backed digital platform for Community Health Officers in Rajasthan. It unifies registration, OPD and telemedicine, referrals, medicine stock management via e-Aushadhi, family registry synchronization, health screenings, incentive processing (PBI/TBI), and performance dashboards. The system integrates with official health portals such as PCTS, Nikshay, e-Sanjeevani, and e-Upkaran, and is securely hosted at the Rajasthan State Data Center for authorized government use.

Designed to reduce administrative burden and improve data quality, CHO Soft empowers CHOs with real-time insights, training modules, and transparent incentive claims, enabling comprehensive primary healthcare delivery at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs). Access is restricted to authorized government providers, with centralized login, secure data handling, and ongoing capacity building.
