In particular people can send messages automatically in situations like attack, burglary, medical or generic assistance in a very simple and comprehensive way. Also it allows people to send messages related to lockdown situations in a simple and automated way to a predefined number, typically a 5-digit number. This is directly applicable for Greece.
The target audience for the app is primarily elderly people and/or people that are not very proficient with complicated functions like messaging. Younger people can also take advantage of this functionality.
