JA Bank App is the official balance and account inquiry app for JA Savings Account holders. It supports Savings Balance Inquiry, Deposit/Withdrawal Details, Investment Trust Balance and Trading, Term Deposit Details, PayB (Unified QR Code Payments for Invoices and Local Taxes), Passbook-less Accounts, and JA Net Loan integration.

Designed for individuals with a JA Savings account and Cash Card, the app runs on Android 11–16 (tablets not supported) and requires initial registration with a JA Service ID and agreement to terms.
