The app does not open. Just a message thst says app keeps closing. Please fix.

24/7/24 update after developer response: first, the file i wanted to open was ppt, so this app shouldn't open. second, what am i supposed to do if i want to open a zip file that isn't related to this app? ************ original review: The seems to think it should open files, without even asking - so, i will only be able to open files if I delete this app? Why would I even want to open files with this app?!
