Learn if you are at risk for chronic kidney disease (CKD)
If you use Medicare:

- See if you had blood or urine lab tests for CKD diagnosis or monitoring
- See if you had specialty clinician appointments
- See if you are you taking certain medications that help to protect your kidneys
- See if you had primary care or specialty clinician appointments
