Seemed to work the first time but photos were not acceptable. Tried again. Froze after taking right foot.

App does not work on newer android phones. Also after multiple attempts with someone else's iphone I kept having to send in a new fitting and finally just gave up. The sizing they came up with based on the app did not seem correct based on my last boot sizing in person.
