SAMASTA is an ABDM-compliant Integrated Community Digital Health Platform designed to digitize and streamline community-level health service delivery by various community healthcare workers under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka (GoK). The app supports offline capabilities for real-time data capture at the source, ensuring uninterrupted data collection even in low-connectivity areas.

It enables data-driven decision making across administrative levels and supports field-level activities for health workers. With offline-first design and ABDM compliance, SAMASTA empowers timely insights and better public health outcomes for Karnataka's communities.
