INTENDED USE: Telemedicine platform for remote patient monitoring under healthcare professional supervision. Access requires authorization from medical center or healthcare professional.

DATA FUNCTIONALITY: Health data can be entered MANUALLY in the application or via OPTIONAL connection with certified external medical devices (pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, glucometers, thermometers, scales, peak flow meters, Garmin activity trackers, Vivalink temperature patches, etc.). External devices are NOT required to use the application.
