I mostly adored the storie - from the characters to the story itself - the only thing that i disliked is the somewhat rushed ending and the mother side story- me and mother had 100% relationship and yet ... the way she disappeared and how the only way you can see her is to abadone everything ..... it felt cheap honestly- most of the story was amazing tho

Enjoyable story except for the last couple chapters. Felt like the story was going along well, then the author suddenly realized they needed an ending and quickly crammed everything together. Frankly, this has been an issue with some of his other work: he can't write a good conclusion. Also regarding some points I've seen mentioned related to stats, I'd say that it's similar to the Lost Heir series. Some skills are clearly better than others, and you better specialize if you want to succeed.
