The Tanzania Immunization Registry (TImR) Application is a Ministry of Health endorsed digital solution designed to strengthen Tanzania’s immunization program. The app supports healthcare workers by enabling the registration, tracking, and monitoring of individual immunization service delivery at the facility level.

Developed as part of the Electronic Immunization System (EIS), TImR aligns with national immunization data management standards and integrates seamlessly with the web-based TImR platform. This ensures continuity, data quality, and improved access to real-time information for informed decision making at all levels.

This Android-based application is developed and maintained in partnership with HISP Tanzania, the official digital health implementation partner of the Ministry of Health.
