Classic Snake Four

It's called Classic Snake 4.
It's a variation of the classic Snake game and it's completely free. It features simple 2D graphics with beautiful blue segments for the snake, and the objective is to collect apples to grow. The controls are done by simple finger movements on the phone screen.
