2026-08-15	Kr*****	the app still doesn't work let's me sign in but as soon as I try to move within the app to do anything it kicks me out and says I have to re log in every single time! I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache everything and it won't work. Better off just going to the website.

2026-08-08	Ja*****	horrible, 90 percent of the time it says my session has ended before I've been able to do anything or it down for maintenance it's very frustrating, inconvenient, and dangerous to my health with having no way to access necessary information I need to go forward quickly with procedures required to maintain my health in a timely manner rather than having to do everything over the phone or go directly to Kaisers office to get the necessary information or have it mailed to me the inconvenience is

2026-08-06	Do*****	It's amazing this app has a 1.6 star rating. But I guess they don't offer a zero option. Almost every time I log in, I select a tab I want to go to (messages, billing, etc.), it logs me out and says I need to log in to see that information. And continues that cycle. Quite literally a useless app.
