Users also want live-tracking. Improvements in stability, UX, data sync, and reliable, up-to-date guidance would significantly boost usefulness.

doesn't show latest train information. Missed 2 trains through cancellation or station changed. Customer service is very difficult to get a hold of (email only) slow, dismissive and unhelpful.
