EAS (Unified Attestation System) is a national electronic platform designed to automate the attestation processes of teaching staff. Its main task is to ensure transparency, objectivity and convenience at all stages—from submitting an application to the attestation commission's decision.

The system provides staff registration with electronic profiles, online document submission for attestation, automatic formation and verification of attestation materials (characteristics, reviews, certificates, orders, etc.), centralized storage of results, and analytics and reporting for education management bodies. Benefits include minimized paper flow, simplified communication among teachers, schools and commissions, reduced risk of errors and subjectivity in assessment, and convenient electronic access to certification history.
