2024-01-04	An*****	My experience was very bad..it took several attempts to accept my photo as ID. The interface seemed quite clunky with naming conventions that were not intuitive. It essentially looks like a poorer copy of Revolut. The advertisement on Google Play is so naive. I can assure you that UK customers would be deterred and not encouraged that their money is safe and secure due to backing from the Bank of Lithuania.

2021-03-10	Ro*****	Some issues with verification and in general the app needs some more UI refinements but it works! Support was kind enough to call my phone number to clarify the verification process. The ability to have multi-currency accounts with its own IBAN is amazing! 🧡 Not sure why the accounts are under DiPocket and not under my own name but that's fine as pre-paid card 👍

2020-12-19	*****	These people are scammers. Beware! Tread carefully!! I guarantee it's all by design: 1. You load money 2. They block your account 3. You request a call, they never call. After I topped up my account with £10, they STOLE £5 off the same debit card the next day!!! So I've had to order a new card to stop their thieving and further attempts to syphon any more money from said card. Email sent demanding they close my account forthwith. Enough said!
