National NCD Training App

The National NCD Training App (NCD-GoI ANM) empowers health workers to perform community-level population enumeration and comprehensive risk assessments. It facilitates screening for five major Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs): Hypertension, Diabetes, Oral Cancer, Breast Cancer, and Cervical Cancer.

Using this app, health workers can enroll individuals, conduct timely screenings, and refer cases to higher facilities for advanced treatment and disease management. Additionally, it supports follow-up to monitor treatment adherence and enables review of individual and sub-center performance against set targets. This comprehensive tool enhances community health management and aids in controlling the burden of NCDs effectively.
