2026-07-29	Al*****	a catastrophic user experience, most of the courses are not included in the plus subscription 😕, limited access to the included courses, few years ago it was the best MOOC platform, it's a sad story about falling down from top to bottom 😭

2026-07-28	Re*****	Unfortunately, in apk version I don't have access to whole information that I need. For instance, when you watch your course in website, you can download and copy the transcript of the video, but in the app there is nothing.

2026-07-27	Ch*****	Beware of Coursera's free trial trap. Claiming a certificate mid-trial silently ends your trial early and charges you immediately without clear warning. Support refused a refund even after I offered to relinquish the certificate. Extremely misleading design and disappointing customer service.

2026-07-26	E *****	no longer has the option to audit courses for free. I understand the need to make money, but this locks learners out of valuable education and contributes to educational gatekeeping. very disappointed. This organization has been getting worse for years.
