2026-08-03	An*****	I had enrolled in a SQL course. They had provided a copy of code, which was to be pasted on the software. THE CODE WAS FAULTY; for eg. insert statement was wrong, where the error showed that the column can't be inserted directly as it is a computed column. I'm still trying to find a solution to this using AI, because until I rectify this error, I can't proceed with other codes. There's no helpline to even ask regarding this, on coursera. I have to find solutions using my AI source every time?

2026-07-31	Ak*****	I had taken the 7 days free trial for a course. I cancelled it during that period because I was not finding time to finish the course. But it didnt get cancelled somehow. Once the trial period was over, they charged me 2000 rupees without any warning. Usually apps have this system where they warn you a day or two before the day they charge you. They have nothing like that. I emailed customer service but they didnt help me with anything. I'm gonna delete my account now.

2026-07-30	An*****	Apps is frustrating. Can't do things like copy or paste, can't take tests some features are just not available. You cannot do the course on your phone, you can barely study material let alone learn new ones.

2026-07-30	Su*****	The note functionality is so poor. It should be simple to be able to select the text I want to save as a note but this simple function is not available despite having a notes tab. How do you move past this and utilise the rest of the app with such a glaring lack of usability?
