This app used to be awesome, and then they changed it, and now it couldn't be more frustrating. It lags horribly. I mean you sit there waiting and you can't tell if you should touch the button again or its just taking that long to acknowledge you touched something. They changed how everything looks, and the information contained on the pages is different, so I have to flip back and forth. I absolutely hate it, and I have been banking with them and using this app for almost 20 years.

So, I've had the app almost since it's introduction, and it works. It is not fancy, but does the simple stuff and that's it, great! HOWEVER. They've fallen into the AI / Virtual assistant hole, and forced it upon the app in an uncloseable, unmovable bubble that covers the only info I care to get from the app, the values and numbers of transactions / accounts. I don't need virtual assistant. What's the point of a banking app, if they cover how much money I have? Useless until it's removable.
