Now you can report non-emergency issues such potholes, graffiti, non-working streetlights, and other issues using your mobile device with the Connect Lima app. The Connect Lima app engages Lima residents and helps them have a voice in building a better community. Once an issue is reported, the City of Lima will acknowledge receipt and forward them to the appropriate City of Lima departments to take care of the requests. I create an account within the app, I go to my email and confirm my email and all that. On the website it shows I have an account, but when I login on the app, I keep being told my email and password don't match. Even when I change the password on the website, I can't login on the app. Fix this garbage. Edit: Ican't even send a request as a guest because the captcha keeps failing for some damn reason. Useless app.
