Android users report a consistently broken app. The core problems are login/authentication failures with Ticketmaster, inability to access or download purchased tickets, and screens that won’t load or crash. Ticket transfer and Google Pay integration also fail, with errors and old-pay screens appearing. Several reviews highlight Android-specific instability and overall unusability. A counterpart iOS version appears to work better, but the Android app remains unreliable and blocks access to tickets.

Recent reviews

As of this moment, cannot connect to TM account, because the app is doing something Google doesn't like. This is also the only means available to access a ticket for the bowl game tomorrow. iOS app seems OK, but not this one.
