Start with an Access Brief. Name the venue type, duration, preparation state, purpose, and questions that still need a direct answer. Then move through a visual step rail in any order:

• Prepare flexible communication options such as captions, clear sightlines, written follow-up, and processing time.
• Walk through lighting, glare, facial visibility, seating, presentation displays, arrival routes, and a backup plan.
• Add editable access checkpoints to arrival, welcome, presentation, break, discussion, and closing.
• Keep neutral participant, session, name, and pronunciation preparation notes.
• Save reusable access kits in private local storage.
• Export a plain-text plan only when you choose a receiving app.
