User Reviews

Users initially found the Followers Assistant Original app helpful for managing Instagram followers, but many now report serious security and functionality issues. Multiple reviews accuse the app of being a scam that compromises accounts by triggering forced password changes and unauthorized login attempts. The app is reportedly buggy, logs users out unexpectedly, and fails to perform basic functions like unfollowing. Many warn about receiving numerous 2FA codes, suspecting data misuse. Due to these risks, users advise against installing the app despite its past usefulness.

Pros

The app was once considered useful and effective for managing Instagram followers and unfollowers.
Some users appreciated the app's usability and flexibility in choosing actions, such as selecting how many people to unfollow and unfollowing in the background.
No ads and minimal bugs were noted by some users in earlier versions.
There was a feature to identify who unfollowed the user and autolikes, which some found helpful in the past.

Cons

Multiple users reported that the app is a scam that compromises Instagram accounts, with suspicious activity such as forced password changes and unauthorized access attempts.
The app has become unreliable and buggy, often logging users out, failing to load data, or not performing as expected (e.g., unfollow button not working).
Use of the app triggers multiple two-factor authentication (2FA) codes and suspicious login alerts, causing security concerns.
It appears the app collects user data without permission and may use account credentials maliciously.
Customer support or app stability issues worsen with recent updates, and some users have permanently lost Instagram account access after using the app.

This app was totally great, but recently it started to scam us and steal our accounts by the app permissions, and I got a message says someone trying to change the password or you have to change the password, but fortunately I have the two-factor authentication and quickly I uninstalled the app and released it from my account. Please guys take care and be save from this things when you have an app needs your account and permissions that are not needed.
