I found a possum barely moving in a parking lot here in Fort St. Lucie Florida. I called a rehabilitation center that was from this app. I was so grateful to have that resource. They guided me to call the police. The police came and got animal control to come and pick it up. The animal control guy said it had a disease and would be humanely euthanized. Poor little possum was suffering for sure.
