Review summary

Users praise Ace Stream for strong streams and usefulness, including sports, but the experience is largely hampered by excessive ads that block playback. Some report premium benefits, but many say pricing doesn't reliably improve the app. Connectivity features (manual connection, device detection, QR code) and casting/subtitle support are inconsistent, and the app can crash after ads. Overall sentiment is mixed-to-negative with ads as the main pain point.

Pros

Strong streaming quality when ads don't interrupt
Useful app with sports streaming options
Premium features can work well for some users
TV-friendly and can be used on larger screens

Cons

Ads are excessive and frequently block or stall playback
Premium pricing isn't consistently delivering benefits
Connectivity/feature issues persist (manual device detection, QR code)
Subtitles on Android and casting functionality are unreliable; app can crash/hang after ads

buggy

the amount of ads on this is ridiculous

ad paradise

No longer works. The app thinks I’m using a modified version (even though I updated it via the Play Store) and suggests that I upgrade to Premium. Greed has ruined this app. Such a shame, this used to be the best.

Overall good. To improve: TV playback speed control does not work (always stays as normal)

You should rather use the desktop app. This is rough to use and it doesn't even work.

too much ads

best

trash.. wont open from acestream links, keep you in an endless loop watching ads. don't install this garbage

Wow. It's either you pay full price or have to watch lengthy ads for every feature of the app. It's far from the Ace stream I enjoy on the computer, this app is pure garbage... Wow.
