ManageAnticoag is a clinician-focused clinical decision support app that guides periprocedural planning, acute bleed management, and safe restart of oral anticoagulants (OAC). Built from the ACC Expert Consensus Decision Pathways, the tool captures patient-specific stroke and bleed risk factors and delivers individualized, evidence-informed recommendations — including suggested reversal agents, interruption and bridging strategies, and timing for anticoagulation restart. The app supports clinical decision making but does not replace clinician judgment.

Clinicians use three tools to enter patient details, receive tailored advice, and email a summary. A Quick Reference offers practical material such as guidance for administering reversal agents and components of the clinician–patient discussion. Ideal for cardiology, internal medicine, emergency, and perioperative teams managing patients with AFib on OAC.
