Operator Prompts — AI prompt library

Operator Prompts turns the prompts you keep re-typing into a slash command.

Type // in the message box on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Studio, Perplexity, Grok, Mistral or Copilot. A small palette opens over the composer. Keep typing to search, arrow to the one you want, press Enter, and the full prompt lands in the box ready to run.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

22 prompts written for people who use AI to actually get work done, not to chat with it. They force a specific output format instead of an essay:

• Code: bug localizer, hostile diff reviewer, test backfiller, refactor scoper, error translator, rubber duck
• Agents: task briefs that come back as finished work, agent autopsies, a context file builder
• Writing: strip the AI tells out of a draft, hostile pre-publish review, steelman your own position
• Research: skim a huge doc for the three things you need, honest tool comparisons, source checking
• Operating: rank ideas by dollars per unit of effort, force a deferred decision, run a pre-mortem

HOW IT WORKS

• // opens the palette. Type to search, Enter to insert, Esc to close.
• Search ignores punctuation, so "deai" finds "The De-AI-ifier".
• Prompts use [square brackets] for the parts you fill in each time. After inserting, the extension tells you how many are waiting.
• Click the toolbar icon to browse, copy, edit, add, import or export.
• Turn the // trigger off from the popup if you want the library without the shortcut.

There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Your prompts are stored with the browser's local extension storage on your own machine. The extension makes no network requests of any kind and collects nothing. It only runs on the AI chat sites listed in its permissions.
