Does exactly what I need. I don't understand why all browsers removed this setting. Developers are dumbing everything down (lead by the flagship idiots at Gaggle) and it is getting very tiresome.

Doesn't really work as advertised. Not ALL links open in new tabs, so it's inconsistent at best. I would rather just ctrl+click every time instead of not be able to rely on this.
