Like a CRM for job hunters - helps keep all of your opportunities straight, track which you've applied to and helps keep the various customized resumes and cover letters straight so you can use the right documents with the jobs you want to target. The plus (Teal+) functions are great for tuning your submissions for each job and for making sure that your resume doesn't get flushed by ATS algorithms. Could only ask that it did a netter job updating the info in the extension panel when changing pages - you have to collapse the panel and re-open when switching between job listings or the extension will save incorrect info to the job tracker.
