The app manages the job log and related operational tools: job creation and search, support management, TeamViewer management, blacklists, and timesheets. Target audience: Internal and external technical and administrative staff who need to track jobs, licenses, and synchronize data with the company database. Value: Centralizes data on Firebase, provides synchronization from Access (on a Windows corporate network), deadline notifications, and remote support tools.
To access: Use the Login screen with email/password (accounts are initially obtained from company customer support; after the first use, the password change procedure is initiated to ensure security and privacy).
