2023-09-10	Ka*****	I've been using as a parent this app for two years and had no major complains. The support seems to react within reasonable times by reported issues. But it has a major design flaw. If you have kids that attend different schools you cannot simply add school/kid but rather you have to log out and start the process of creating an account again. At the end of the process I was able to connect the two accounts so that I can see both schools but still unpleasant user experience, poor process design.
