CheckAndGo is a field-workforce verification tool for organizations whose staff carry out scheduled work on site:
security patrols, cleaning and maintenance rounds, factory inspections, and compliance checks.

Presence verification
Staff confirm attendance at each checkpoint by scanning an NFC tag or QR code. Every scan is recorded with GPS
coordinates and a timestamp, producing an auditable record of each visit.

Checklists
Assigned checklists support yes/no items, numeric readings with acceptable ranges, free text, and photo evidence.
Critical control points are validated automatically; readings outside the defined limits are flagged and raise an
issue for follow-up.

Offline operation
The application is built for environments without reliable connectivity — basements, warehouses, remote sites. All
work, including checklist entries, checkpoint scans, issues, and comments, is stored on the device and synchronized
with the server when a connection becomes available. Sessions persist across restarts, so staff are not locked out
while offline.

Issue reporting
Problems found during a round can be reported immediately, with photographs, a severity level, and follow-up comments
through to resolution.

Shifts
Clock-in and clock-out are recorded with location, giving supervisors an accurate view of who is on duty at each site.

Management and audit
Completed work is available for review in the accompanying web dashboard: submissions with full detail of who
performed each step, where, and when; task-completion and issue reports; CSV and PDF export for audits and client
reporting.

Access control
Role-based permissions (owner, administrator, supervisor, operative), PIN sign-in for field staff, and optional
two-factor authentication for administrative accounts.

CheckAndGo requires an account provisioned by your organization; there is no self-service registration. More
