Bytovka Online

Bytovka.online is an application for residents of apartment buildings and SVJ. Everything that happens in the house is in one place — instead of a bulletin board in the hallway, papers in the mailbox and SMS chains.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE APPLICATION

• Bulletin board — notifications from the committee and administrator: water outages, cleaning, meeting results
• Event calendar — meetings, inspections, readings and planned repairs with time and place
• Fault reporting — no light in the basement, dripping tap, broken mailbox. You can report it in half a minute and with a photo directly from your phone
• Repair tracking — you can see if your report is new, being resolved, or finished
• Contacts — administrator, committee and emergency service with one click, including calls
• Notifications — you will learn about important things, even if you don’t open the application

HOW TO CONNECT

You don’t connect to the house yourself — you need an access code that the administrator or committee will give you. It is usually on a flyer in the entrance or you will receive it by e-mail.

Then you scan the QR code in the app or enter the eight-digit code manually, fill in the name and apartment number and submit the request. The administrator will approve it and that's it.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS

In addition to what the residents see, you can create events in the calendar directly from your phone, keep contacts with suppliers and register inspections with monitoring their validity. Full house management — residents, documents and settings — can be found in the browser at bytovka.online.

PRIVACY

Only the residents and administrators of your house can see the data, no one else. You can mark the report as private, then only the administrator will see it. The app does not collect location or display advertising.
