None information will be upload on any sort of thirdparty device. Everything you do is stored at your local device.

With that in mind: No you don't have any account, in which you can log in to from other devices and have synchronized leads.
Everything you do lies in your own hands. You are responsibel to inform your leads about, how their information is handled and processed by you.
SocDev has no tooling to somehow read your scanned leads and process this information in any way.
If you delete the app you will lose EVERY lead you scanned in the past. There is not a single way we can help you with restoring this data.
Therefore, make sure to export your leads as soon as possible.
