DoeToch: calm task list

DoeToch is a task list that stays out of your way. Write down what needs doing, see what matters today, tick it off.

Type it the way you say it
Quick add understands plain English and Dutch. "Call the plumber tomorrow at 9 p1" becomes a task for tomorrow at 09:00 with priority 1. "Water the plants every saturday #Home" repeats every week in your Home project. Add labels with @, a deadline between braces, and check the chips before you save.

Repeating tasks
Every day, every Saturday, every first Monday of the month. Complete a repeating task and the next one is ready, with Undo if you tapped too soon.

Reminders you can act on
Reminders arrive as notifications with Complete and Snooze buttons, so you can deal with a task without opening the app.

Works offline
All your tasks are on your phone. Add, complete and change them without a connection; DoeToch syncs as soon as you are back online. The same account works in the web app at app.doetoch.com, so your list is the same on your phone and your computer.

Capture from anywhere
- Share to DoeToch: a link, text, photo or file from another app becomes a task, or a comment on an existing task.
- Home screen widgets: a checkable task list (Today, Inbox, a project, label or filter), your daily goal, and a quick add button.
- A Quick Settings tile and launcher shortcuts to add a task in one tap.

Organised your way
Today, Inbox and Upcoming, projects with sections, labels and filters, a list or board layout, comments and attachments, task history and productivity reports. Eight colour themes, light and dark.
