How to use
1. Make user settings.
2. Select the date to register and enter the calorie intake and calorie consumption.
3. Estimated calorie intake, calorie consumption and
　　Confirm the difference between the actual calorie intake and the calorie consumption.

🔶Register user settings

Tap the "User settings" button
↓
Register your age, gender, height, weight, physical activity level, and target calorie consumption per day
↓
Tap the "OK" button

🔶Edit ingredients calories

Tap the "Food calorie setting" button
↓
Tap the "Ingredient category" button
↓
After tapping the pull-down menu and selecting the ingredients, enter the calories.
↓
Tap the "OK" button

🔶Register photos of the food you ate

Tap "Date you want to register" on the calendar
↓
Tap the "+" button for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
↓
Tap the photo you want to register

🔶 Register and edit calorie intake

Tap "Date you want to register" on the calendar

Tap the "Intake input" button
↓
Select the time period you want to register from the pull-down menu
↓
Tap the "Ingredient category" button
↓
Select ingredients from dropdown
↓
enter grams
↓
Tap the "OK" button
↓
Tap the "OK" button

Select an exercise type from the pull-down menu
↓

↓
Tap the "OK" button
