Dukkan for Merchants is the official app for merchants on the Dukkan platform (dukkan.one). Manage your entire online store from your phone: receive orders as soon as they arrive, confirm them, edit your products and inventory, and track your sales—from anywhere.

Note: This app is for merchants registered on the Dukkan platform and requires a merchant account to log in. Create your store with dukkan.one

Instant notification for every new order
• Receive a notification the moment a new order arrives in your store, complete with a distinctive box tone — no need to keep an eye on the screen
• Tap the notification to open the order directly and contact the customer via WhatsApp to confirm cash on delivery orders
• The notification does not display customer data on the lock screen — details are only available within the app
• A new order counter appears on the app icon, with quick shortcuts (Orders, New Order)

Order Management
• Order list with status, search, and filtering, and a mobile-optimized details screen
• Change order status: Confirm, Preparing, Shipping, Delivered, Cancel
• Create a manual order for customers ordering via phone or WhatsApp
• Shipping: Delivery companies, city rates, and print shipping labels
• Payment methods: Cash on delivery and Sham Cash

Products and Inventory
• Add and edit products: Images, options and sizes (variants), formatted descriptions, and categories
• Add bulk products via a quick wizard or CSV file, and make batch edits
• Track inventory for each product and option, with support Multiple Branches/Locations
• Discount Prices and Comparison Prices, with prices displayed in multiple currencies at the latest exchange rate

Marketing and Discounts
• Discount coupons and automatic offers with flexible terms (percentage, fixed amount, buy X get Y)
• Customize your online store's design and colors, and connect a custom domain
• Social media links and a WhatsApp button on the storefront

Monitoring and Analytics
• Analytics dashboard: Sales, number of orders, top products, and visits
• Customer history: All your store's customers with their orders and contact information

Team and Permissions
• Multiple stores in one account
• Invite employees and define permissions for each role—who can view orders and who can edit products
• Secure sessions, with the ability to immediately block any employee access

The app is available in Arabic (right-to-left) and English, and integrates with the Dukkan POS (Point of Sale) app for those selling in a physical store—an online store and point of sale with a single inventory.
