Softex OmniDefend is an industry leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. A subscription to the OmniDefend service (either paid or trial) is required to use this extension. If you have a subscription to the OmniDefend service, then you can use this extension to add multi-factor authentication (MFA) to login to websites that support OmniDefend or for which you have configured OmniDefend single sign-on. The following MFA devices can be used with OmniDefend once this extension is installed.

  • Windows Biometric Framework (WBF) compliant fingerprint sensor (see supported list)
  • Futronics fingerprint sensors
