Не понял в чем смысл расширения. По сути, оно дублирует уже имеющийся пункт "Открыть картинку в новой вкладке". Есть расширения, которые умеют "вытаскивать" картинку, перекрытую другими элементами, как например в инстаграме. Тут этого нет.
