| 2018-06-29 |  | | en | I have put 40 hours into creating marketing materials for my company on Piktochart after purchasing a one year subscription. They look great. When I send to my printer, the file size changes if using PDF, PNG is such a small size, even in "high res" download that the file won't print properly. It is a text only file, no photographs. After 4 hours with customer service and a promised phone call that was never received, I am in line for the developer to contact me but customer service does not know when they will contact me, at least 48 business hours from now. I have missed the print deadline to invite guests to a very important event and will have to go to Microsoft Publisher to create the file now. |

When i was getting off my laptop i saved all my work and closed down the page, about 30 mins later i come back and only a paragraph of my work is there even though after each sentence i saved my work so even the stuff i had saved before i saved the last of my work got deleted. So once i had wrote everything that i had lost, i published... only the one paragraph had been published the rest all got deleted......... in the end i just stuffed it and made the poster i was making by hand instead. Please fix this bugs i would really like to use this again with out 90% of my work being deleted! Thank You! -Riley |
