I have put 40 hours into creating marketing materials for my company on Piktochart after purchasing a one year subscription. They look great. When I send to my printer, the file size changes if using PDF, PNG is such a small size, even in "high res" download that the file won't print properly. It is a text only file, no photographs. After 4 hours with customer service and a promised phone call that was never received, I am in line for the developer to contact me but customer service does not know when they will contact me, at least 48 business hours from now. I have missed the print deadline to invite guests to a very important event and will have to go to Microsoft Publisher to create the file now.
