Unlike other ad blockers, we do not have “acceptable ads” or an advertiser whitelist (i.e. certain advertisers pay to bypass ad filters). Blocking all ads has the added benefit of speeding up browsing because filtering out ads reduces CPU and memory usage. Therefore, the web browsing experience is way faster and outperforms other popular solutions: Adguard, Adblock, Adblock Plus, and even uBlock in some tests.

It *IS* good, and blocks a lot of stuff, but there is no clear and easy way to remove blocked elements without fully uninstalling and reinstalling it. Selecting a frame (eg, a YouTube frame) blocks *everything*, not just the ads... but the ads still play in the background, and there's no way to clear that selection. However, it's good for what it is - but recently it has zero effect on YouTube (as of 11/22/2024).
