Yomichan has been sunsetted (see info here: https://foosoft.net/posts/sunsetting-the-yomichan-project/), and there will not be any more bug fixes available for Yomichan extension. You can install Yomitan (https://github.com/themoeway/yomitan) which is one of the versions currently being manitained by the community that took the torch of Yomichan and already has some of the bugs in Yomichan fixed, and it has been modified to ensure it's up-to-day with current technologies and browsers. There isn't an stable version of Yomitan available to use yet, but you can try the testing version. Hopefully a stable version will be released soon, as there's already a pre-release candidate for the first stable version available: https://github.com/themoeway/yomitan/releases/tag/23.11.23.0
