FlexScanMD Scanner is a Chrome extension that integrates with Electronic Health Record systems to scan 2D barcodes from vaccines and medications and automatically populate NDC, Lot Number, Expiration Date, Manufacturer, and Serial Number on the Electronic Health Record vaccine/medication administration page from the scan.
