Features & Capabilities

OFFO is a user-friendly Chrome extension designed to simplify the process of submitting meter readings for water, gas, and electricity in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk. Tailored for residents of apartment buildings and private sectors (electricity only), OFFO enables convenient setup and management of your utility counters.

The extension offers timely reminders ahead of billing periods, securely stores your submitted data for easy history tracking, and transmits readings directly via the internet. In cases where online submission is unavailable, OFFO automatically falls back to sending the data via SMS to the respective resource-supplying organizations, including specialized transmission for hot water meters to Far Eastern Energy Department and VladVTS in Vladivostok.

This extension streamlines your utility management, ensuring you never miss a billing cycle and always have access to your usage history.

User Reviews

Reviews are mostly positive, especially about the app’s convenience and how quickly it lets users submit meter readings. Reminders and outage alerts are appreciated, but multiple users report that reading reminders have stopped or fail to arrive consistently.

Pros

Frequently described as convenient, simple, and easy to use, with a clear interface.
Makes submitting readings quick; users can send readings for multiple meters from one app.
Reminders and outage notifications are useful when they arrive as expected.

Cons

Reading-period reminders are unreliable for some users: several report that they stopped arriving or do not trigger consistently, including on some Xiaomi devices.
